Return Policy

Return/Exchanges Policy  

The quality of all items is fully guaranteed by our company.

  • Gloves can be returned to receive a store credit for future use, exchanged, or returned for a refund 
        (shipping and handling charges are non-refundable) 

  • The following made per order and fragile goods are non-returnable: invitations, engraved items, and printed accessories.

  • All exchanges and returns must be reported within 15 business days of receipt.  Please call us for return instructions.

  • We do not accept any returns after the wedding date or the event date passed.  

  • All returned goods must be shipped back prior to the wedding/event date.

  • All exchanges and returns must be in their original condition, unworn, accommodated by the original goods, wrap and paper and with a    copy of the original invoice.  

  • All merchandise returned without prior authorization will be refused and shipped back to the customer.

  • The company reserves the right to charge a 25% restocking fees on all unauthorized and final returns.

  • Many of the products purchased are delivered to you directly by our designer or vendor. However, returns and exchanges should be reported and sent only to our company's address.

  • The company reserves the right to refuse any excessive, unjustified or bad faith returns.

  • Cancellations  

    Cancellation of regular orders can be made up to 24 hours from the time order was placed in most cases (unless items shipped out due to specific shipping deadlines). Rush and special request orders are cannot be cancelled. Any orders refused or not picked up from the shipping company will be charged the full item price plus shipping. An effort will be made to accommodate special circumstances.
